Our clients can call their carrier directly, as they all have 1-800 phone lines open 24/7, but we prefer to work with clients directly to get them the best help we can. With our experience, we may be able to make helpful suggestions for the best course of action for an emergency situation. When a client calls in after hours, the service can connect them directly to owner Nancy Kravochuk’s cell phone.
